I've gone MIA for a good 6 months? haha... I'm way too busy with my job. It's an advancement year for me in my career.. so am fighting real hard for it... tons of things happened in the last 6 months or so.. and best thing that have happened is...

Defector have completed his 2nd Marathon!!!

Nope i don't have extraordinary timings. I'm a 7Hrs+ runner/walker. I just want to enjoy it. take my time... run, jog, walk the 42.195km. Its a good feeling to be able to complete that distance.

okie I think i want to be part of something different.. so I join an alliance. very similiar to revolution i think ... but at least its really to get back something we owned. our own rights to lived at a cooler temperature.

my first marathon

hummm .. okie today i've just finish my very first marathon. didn't turn out as smooth as i figured it would be... went limp at 21km mark. and the rest of the 21km i was limping.. cause my useless left leg starts to cramp on and off... :)none the less .. i clock 7 hrs and 21 min for my run/walk marathon.. I met my objective of the event. to made it out alive. I did. with lots of pain though. part and parcel.. haha .. still thinking if i should do it again next year haha.. maybe i should do the 21km. haha
